All products are ≥98% pure by HPLC, with most batches ≥99%. Every order ships with a Certificate of Analysis showing the actual purity result for that specific batch.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide — USA, EU, UK, Canada, Australia, Asia, and most other regions. Some countries have restrictions on research peptide imports; we will confirm feasibility when you inquire.
How is the packaging?
Plain, unmarked outer packaging. The product description is not shown on the shipping label. Vials are sealed in sterile bags with proper cold-chain considerations.
What is your minimum order?
There is no strict minimum — single vials are available for evaluation. Bulk pricing kicks in at 10+ vials of the same product. Contact us for a custom quote on larger quantities.
Can I request a custom peptide sequence?
Yes. We offer custom synthesis from milligram to kilogram scale. Send us your target sequence, desired purity, and any modifications (acetylation, amidation, fluorescent labels, etc.) for a quote.
What if my package is held by customs?
We offer a reship policy for packages seized by customs — contact us with the tracking number and we will work with you on a resolution. This is included free with every order.
How do you handle payment?
